As a RAID student and/or as a certified diver of any organization, understand and I am aware of the principle that I should: I understand the importance of these established practices and that they are for my own safety and well-being and I will endeavour to up hold them. I understand that failure to adhere to them may place me and others in serious danger and may result in death/s when diving and exonerate any liability which may be incurred as a result of my failure to follow these practices. by ticking the terms box at the bottom it is your digital signature and is legally binding.

1. Maintain good physical fitness and mental attitude for diving. Avoid being under the influence of dangerous drugs or alcohol when diving. Keep proficient in diving skills, striving to increase them through continuing education and reviewing them in controlled conditions after a period of 6 (six) months of diving inactivity. I shall refer to my course materials on line, to stay current and refresh myself on important information. 
2. Not dive beyond my limits, engage only in diving activities consistent with my training, certification, experience and in conditions consistent with my training. 
3. When diving new sites, obtain a formal diving orientation from a knowledgeable, local source. 
4. Follow the equipment assembly checks and do not dive if there is a possible fault and/or I feel uncomfortable. 
5. Maintain equipment and follow manufacturer’s guidelines for service and maintenance. 
6. Monitor and replace consumable products and use only manufacturer’s recommended replacements. 
7. Deny use of my SCUBA / Rebreather equipment to uncertified divers and only dive on/with equipment that is consistent with my training. 
8. Respect and follow the advice of those supervising my diving activities. 
9. Plan dives, within reasonable safe limits, include but not limited to, communications, emergency procedures etc… 
10. Avoid decompression diving unless trained and certified to do so. 11. Maintain correct buoyancy control and skill levels. 
12. Know my partial pressure of oxygen and relevant gas pressures/volume at all times. 
13. Rebreather divers: Stay within safe limits for all consumables. Bail out to open circuit and follow the relevant procedures when feeling unwell or unusual whilst underwater. Follow manufactures recommendations. 
14. Rebreather divers: Never dive a rebreather that does not pass a pre-dive check before diving. 
15. Never breath-hold or skip breathe when breathing compressed gas, and avoid excessive hyperventilation when breath-hold diving. 16. Know and obey local dive laws and regulations 
17. Use surface support whenever feasible.

I understand the purpose of signing this document is to exempt and release RAID AB / International (Rebreather Association of International Divers), RAID USA LLC, LearnToScuba LLC, GM TRITON EXCURSIONS,  Triton Adventures and any staff or affiliates, shareholders as well as RAID Distributors, employees, instructors, affiliated personnel, RAID facility/s, Dive Centres through which I receive my instruction, guided dives and trips, all vessels (whether owned, operated, leased or chartered) and all other involved personnel including but not limited to their owners, employees, crew, volunteers, designees, agents, sponsors, and advertisers (hereinafter the “released parties”) and to hold these entities and individuals harmless from any and all liability arising as a result of any acts or omissions on their part, including, but not limited to active or passive negligence or negligence of any type, subject to the local laws and regulations. Any part of this waiver unenforceable does not waiver the entire agreement or that which is in part or full within the local laws and regulations. I understand the purpose of acceptance of this statement and hereby affirm that I am aware that skin and scuba diving, including, but not limited to open circuit and/or rebreather diving, have inherent risks which may result in serious injury or death. I understand that diving with compressed air, Oxygen enriched gas, re-circulated gas and or mixed gas which includes but not limited to Oxygen, Helium and Nitrogen involves certain inherent risks; including but not limited to training accidents, risks associated with equipment and/or CO2 absorbent failure, oxygen toxicity, hypercapnia, decompression sickness, inert gas narcosis, embolism or other hyperbaric/air expansion injury that require treatment in a recompression chamber, perils of the sea and/or acts of other persons directly or indirectly associated with or fellow divers which could result in my serious injury and/or death. I further understand that in water training, either in confined and/or open water is necessary for certification, and may be conducted at a site that is remote, either by time or distance or both, from such a recompression chamber and/or professional medical services. I still choose to proceed with such instructional training in spite of the possible absence of a recompression chamber in proximity to the dive site and/or any possible delay in receiving professional medical care/attention. Nonetheless, I expressly wish to proceed with this diving activity and assume all risks. I hereby waive any obligation on the part of the released parties to provide first aid, rescue, recovery resuscitation or medical assistance. I fully understand this Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement (Release) hereby encompasses and applies to all diving activities including but not limited to diver training, in which I choose to participate as part of the RAID (Rebreather Association of International Divers) Diving Program/s In consideration of my understanding of the potential risks and being allowed to participate in these diving activities, I hereby personally assume all risks of these activities, whether foreseen nor unforeseen, that may befall me while I am a participant in these activities including, but not limited to, the academics, confined water and/or open water activities. I further release, exempt and hold harmless said activities and Released Parties from any claim or lawsuit by me, my family, estate, heirs or assigns, arising out of my enrolment and participation in these activities including both claims arising during the activities or after I receive my certification(s). I also understand that skin diving and scuba diving are physically strenuous activities and that I will be exerting myself during these diving activities, and that if I am injured as a result of, but not limited to, heart attack, panic, hyperventilation, drowning, entering and/or exiting the water or any other cause whatsoever, that I expressly assume the risk of said injuries and/or property damage and that I will not hold the Released Parties responsible for the same. I will inspect all of my equipment, including but not limited to CO2 absorbent, gas mixtures, gas supply, and consumables prior to any activities and will notify the Released Parties if any of my equipment is not working properly or outside parameters. I will not hold the Released Parties responsible for my failure to inspect my equipment prior to diving activities, nor any consequential injury and/or death as a result of my knowledge of a fault and continuing with any diving activities. I further state that I am of lawful age and legally competent to sign this liability release, or that I have acquired the written consent of my parent or guardian. I understand the terms herein are contractual and not a mere recital and that I have accepted this Agreement on my own free act and with the knowledge that I hereby agree to waive my legal rights. I understand and agree that I am not only giving up my right to sue the Released Parties but also any rights my heirs, assigns, or beneficiaries may have to sue the Released Parties resulting from my injury and/or death. I further represent I have the authority to do so and that my heirs, assigns, or beneficiaries will be stopped from claiming otherwise because of my representations to the Released Parties. I confirm by this instrument, I agree to exempt and release “the released parties”, from all liability or responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death however caused, including but not limited to the negligence of the released parties, whether passive or active. I expressly assume all risks of scuba diving and all associated risks (whether directly related to diving or not), whether these risks are specifically set forth or not. It is my intention to release the released parties for anything that may happen to me which results in property damage, personal injury or death. I have fully informed myself and my heirs of the contents of this liability release and assumption of risk agreement by reading it before I signed it on behalf of myself and my heirs. I further understand and agree that this release is effective and valid for all skin and scuba diving activities, including but not limited to open circuit and rebreather recreational or diving, in which I participate.

Non-Agency Disclosure and Acknowledgment Agreement  
1. **Understanding of Risks:** I acknowledge that I am fully aware of the risks associated with underwater activities, including but not limited to diving, snorkeling, and scuba training, which may involve risks of serious injury or death. I understand that such risks may arise from factors such as dive depth, water pressure, decompression, ocean currents, scuba equipment, marine life, weather conditions, and other unforeseeable factors. 
2. **Health Conditions:** I declare that I am in good physical health and do not have any medical or psychological conditions that could jeopardize my safety or the safety of other participants during underwater activities. I have informed the RAID DIVE CENTER/INSTRUCTOR/GUIDE of any health issues or pre-existing medical conditions, and I filled out the RAID online diver medical no more than six months ago. 
3. **Proper Training:** I understand the importance of following the instructions of the instructor and actively participating in the training sessions (teory/confined water/open water) required to acquire the necessary skills for safe scuba diving. 
4. **Limited Control of the Training Agency:** I understand and agree that RAID Members ("Members"), including TRITON ADVENTURES (GM triton excursions) and/or any individual RAID Instructors and Divemasters, Dive Guides associated with the program in which I am participating, are licensed to use various RAID Trademarks and to conduct RAID training, but are not agents, employees or franchisees of DIVE RAID INTERNATIONAL LTD. I recognize that the DIVE RAID INTERNATIONAL LTD is responsible for defining training programs and standards but has no direct control over the activities conducted by dive centers, instructors, Dive Guides and dive boats that operate independently. I understand that the Training Agency cannot constantly supervise such entities, and my participation in underwater activities is subject to the policies and procedures of each dive center and the instructors , Dive Guides with whom I choose to train. 
5. **Liability Insurance:** I understand that the DIVE RAID INTERNATIONA LTD/RAID DIVE CENTERS/ RAID INSTRUCTORS DIVE GUIDES may have liability insurance in place to cover any claims arising from incidents during underwater activities. ACCEPTANCE OF RISK I understand and agree that neither the RAID Instructor conducting this program, DIVEMASTERS GUIDES OR ANY STAFF OF TRITON ADVENTURES nor the RAID DIVE CENTER through which this program is conducted, TRITON ADVENTURES nor DIVE RAID INTERNATIONAL LTD, nor its shareholders, nor their affiliate or subsidiary corporations, nor any of their respective employees, officers, agents, contractors or assigns accept any responsibility for any death, injury or other loss suffered by me to the extent that it result from my own conduct or any matter or condition under my control that amounts to my own contributory negligence. In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by the dive professionals conducting this program, Triton Adventures staff divemasters or dive guides and or instructor(s) the facility through which this program is offered, Triton Adventures (trade name GM Triton Excursions, DIVE RAID INTERNATIONAL LTD and all parties referred to above, my participation in this diving program is entirely at my own risk. HAVE FULLY INFORMED MYSELF OF THE CONTENTS OF THIS NON-AGENCY DISCLOSURE AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT AGREEMENT AND STATEMENT OF RISK AND LIABILITY BY READING BOTH BEFORE SIGNING THESE STATEMENTS.
